Bitcoin has once again begun to bring profit to miners. The BTC hashrate has continued to grow since the final stage of last year and has already risen by 35% over the past three months. Thus, in November 2018 the productivity of mining pools was 32 million TH/s, and today it has grown to 43.5 million TH/s. Enthusiasts have probably started to take notice of the growth of digital assets and decided to restart their capacities. It is also worth noting that, according to some reports, the pools continued mining even at the time when the main price of the coin was at its minimum mark.
Some experts believe that the current profitability of mining BTC coins is linked to minimal competition among pools. After all, even large mining companies have ceased their active Bitcoin mining operations due to the unprofitability of this activity.
